These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the cybercommand.com website (the “Site”), operated by Cyber Command of Winter Springs, Florida (“Cyber Command,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site Is Not Our Service Agreement
The Site describes our managed IT, cybersecurity, and platform engineering services, but the services themselves are provided only under separate written agreements signed with each client (such as a Master Client Agreement and Statements of Work). Nothing on the Site creates a service engagement, and these Terms do not modify any signed agreement. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Informational Purposes Only
Content on the Site, including articles, guides, checklists, templates, and tools such as the pricing estimator and the AI readiness assessment, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, compliance, insurance, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a security audit, certification, or guarantee of any outcome. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without written authorization; interfere with its operation; submit false or misleading information through our forms; scrape or bulk-download content for republication; or use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited commercial messages.
Forms and Communications
When you submit a form on the Site, you are asking us to contact you about our services, and you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are inquiring on behalf of a business. Downloads and interactive tools may require contact information; how we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example, scheduling, chat, and analytics providers). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Command will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to Site use is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits or modifies the terms of any signed client agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cyber Command harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
