Since 2024, Cyber Command has been the official IT provider of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. It’s one of the partnerships we’re proudest of, and one we’d encourage every Central Florida business to find their own version of.
What RMHC of Central Florida Does
When a child is seriously ill, families need to be near the hospital, sometimes for weeks or months. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida keeps those families close to their children and to each other: a place to sleep, eat, and hold on, steps from the care their child needs, at little or no cost to the family.
That mission runs on volunteers, donors, and a small staff stretched across big responsibilities. Every hour and dollar they don’t spend fighting technology goes back to families.
Our Role
We keep the technology behind the mission working: the systems staff and volunteers rely on every day, the security that protects families’ information, and the support that answers when something breaks. The team there has more important things to do than file IT tickets, so our job is to make technology the thing they think about least.
